Do you deliver or offer shipping?
We are not offering delivery at this time. Please visit us at 248 Ontario Street to see our full selection.
All orders are currently for IN STORE PICK UP only. Special considerations for shipping within Canada can be made by emailing us at info@ktic.ca.
We cannot ship orders outside of Canada at this time.

What do I need to pick up my tickets?
Please have your reservation number on hand when you come to pick up your cruise or trolley tickets. The number should be in your confirmation email.

Do you only have 1 location?
We also have a second location at the base of Crawford Wharf known as the Ticket Office. This location can also sell and print your tickets for cruises and trolley rides as well as meet your souvenir needs.

Do you have public restrooms?
We do not have a public washroom but we can direct you to the nearest one depending on the time of year. Most often the bathrooms in and under City Hall are open.

What kind of things can I find in store?
Our store carries souvenirs like magnets & mugs, maple products, clothing, home decor & more!

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, Canadian cash and Downtown Dollars. We do not accept any foreign cash.
